Waitress was smoking outside, came in didn't wash her hands. Didn't use gloves. Was on phone more than paying attention. Hash browns were mush and they forgot my bacon. Only got 1 refill of coffee so had nothing to drink most of my meal.
Out of everything we ordered on the menu my only complaint is the hash browns weren’t cooked all the way. It wasn’t bad food and the waitress was amazing and really sweet and the Santa Claus they had come out in uniform was cute too. My kids loved it!
So as I sit here at the table, the waitresses are arguing back and fourth. One waiter named Shannon and the other I do not know. But both refused to take my order. I waited about 25 minutes for someone to come clean the table I was at which was super dirty as well as even want to help me. Everything came separately and by the time I received everything the food was cold. The cooks were in there own world and took orders from one waitress but took forever to cook Shannon’s orders. It’s the new year I’m in the good spirit and I hope all of these workers can make it a better year. #2018 should be a better year. This was a terrible environment to be in. I usually come here after leaving the casinos but this will be my last time. Sorry but not sorry. These employees need some help, structure, authority, professionalism and better customer service skills. Very disappointed. The only reason why you got 1 star is because I had to give at least 1. I asked for heated syrup since my waffle was cold by the time I got it. She brought the wrong food twice. We didn’t even order our food yet and she was outside in the hall on her phone and kept looking at me. I guess the only good thing that came about is I got the meal free.

The food is horrible! Really BAD! Food presentation unappealing. The coffee is tasteless. I haven't found diner type restaurant that serve good quality coffee. I'm coffee lover! The cook's need to go back to cooking school. The server was very nice. Great music playing.... 70's and 80's era. The best part of my visit was the music. (5 Star for the music).
