Best pizza in town if it weren't for the customer service it'd have been 5 stars.
I've lived in this area for a year now and order from this dominoes QUITE FREQUENTLY! pizza or order is ALWAYS GREAT! only last week did they forget my EXTRA pizza and garlic sauce ,but greatly made up for it! Order is always to me within 25-30 mins! This dominoes and the one on Preston by outer loop have awesome service.
Ordered online. One hour later pizza not here. Called store. Manager nice guy. Waited a little longer. Called back. Manager informed me that the driver got to my driveway (long drive) turned around and went back to the store with my food. Never called me. Awful experience. Never using again.
When I call the lady answer the phone talk so fast and got mad at me and hung the phone up. It was 115-120 when I called so it wasn’t really lunch rush. And when I called back the same lady answered the phone and did it again so I drove up there and they say that the phone is answer by a service they pay for but heard the lady answer they phone as I was there. Got to work on better phone service.
