made a quick call To Todd about needing a lock opened and change out 8 locks, time and date was promptly set. Day of as expected from Todd and his team, right on time and a great service. Prompt and professional.
The technician (Chris) and his helper were excellent. Great customer service and made certain I was satisfied before they left. The final product was clean and worked perfectly. (Job: Residential smart door opener with remote access, re-key house, extra keys). Highly Recommend.

I was delighted with the service I received from The Flying Locksmiths staff. From my initial phone call to the finished product all went well. I had 10 different locks to replace on an older structure that easily could have presented installation problems. But the professional locksmith took care of the job efficiently and with kindness. His knowledge was outstanding. I will not hesitate to use Flying Locksmiths for all my locksmith needs in the future.
My technician was very pushy and rude. I called around 5pm the previous night stating that I would need the service performed at 9:30am the following morning. He called at 8 to tell me he was on his way, but then I had to inform him once again I needed him at 9:30am not 8. Once arriving he simply performed the "lock out" task which is a fancy way of saying destroy the doorknob. I was under the impression he was going to pick the lock to try to get it open. Once he did that he then told me he was going to charge me $129 for a new door knob, to which I told him I didn't need his service and was capable of putting my own doorknob on. He took offense to that and was upset.
Maybe it was my technician, but I wasn't satisfied with the quality of work he performed under the "Flying Lock Smiths" name.
