Great experience, except for one thing. I thought I was getting Donut Shop coffee, 100 ct.for 39.99. But it turned out to be 46.98 on my bill. Other than that, I love Sam's Club. I have certain foods that I make a special trip to Sam's to buy, every so often.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful here. I've never had problems getting assistance, nor with finding a close parking spot. The prices are consistently good on all the items I need, usually beating out grocery stores by a pretty wide margin. My membership has paid for itself several times over in the last few months alone.

Sam's is great, I have been a patron for many years. Very good prices on essentials, and now they sell everything. Member's Mark items have been very good, especially coffee. This particular Club has been vastly upgraded over the years. Friendly staff.
Today I was lied to by a MANAGER! I have been calling every day to see when they would get Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon in. When I went into the store this morning, the manager told me they did not receive any on their shipment. They just told me to come check next week. I found out later in the day they had received three bottles and put them out at specific times during the day. I would have been there if they would have told the public. But instead, they lied to me and multiple other loyal customers. This is not the way to handle business, especially when it comes to rare bourbon.
